Burg Wachter Safes BURGprotect Noise Indoor Siren 2160

BURGprotect Smart Home Security

The BURGprotect Smart Home System offers countless possibilities for securing your home thanks to the various components available in this series that range from early intruder detectors to smoke alarms. All these components are controlled by the Base Central Control Unit 2200 which is available in the practical Starter Set. During product development, Burg Wachter placed particular importance on convenience. This resulted in an alarm system that can be expanded at any time up to a maximum of 200 components and adapted to a new home environment. With the free BURGprotect App for iOS and Android, you can link all the Smart Home components to the Base control unit by scanning the QR code printed on each sensor. Managing the devices via the app is clear and simple.

Product Details

The Noise 2160 indoor siren will immediately inform you if a sensor detects an attempted break-in or if there is a threat of fire or water damage in your property. In such an event, the red LED flashes and it will trigger an 80 decibel alarm.

The Noise 2160 alarm siren combines several advantages in one device:

1. There is no need to connect the siren to the power supply as the batteries provide a standby time up to 18 months. The BURGprotect app will notify you if a battery needs changing. You are also supplied a power cable if you do choose to plug the Noise 2160 into the mains.
2. The device is fitted with tamper protection which will trigger the alarm should anyone attempt to tamper with the Noise 2160.
3. The 50m range on this unit gives you freedom to install it wherever you want indoors.

A tip before installation (all corresponding material is included): Test whether there is a radio connection between the Noise 2160 and the Base alarm centre at the desired installation location. Metal objects, concrete ceilings and cables can reduce the wireless range.
