Eurograded Burton Safes – The most versatile range of safes there is!

This is the second of our January blog posts where we look at ranges of eurograded safes. A eurograded safe is a safe that has been certified to a certain standard following rigorous testing by approved institutes. A eurograded safe offers (dependant on the class of grading) a minimum cash rating cover of £6,000 or £60,000 jewellery cover up to a whopping £250,000 cash rating or £2,500,000 jewellery cover.

In this blog we delve into the eurograded safes available from Burton Safes. Burton Safes are a company that was set up from Huddersfield in 1990 supplying safes to churches. Over the next 20 years the company grew, and now offer the largest range of secure storage solutions in the market.

The Eurovault Aver is one of our bestselling safes. Due to this safe being available in a number of sizes we’ve sold these safes all across the country to a variety of customers looking at securing their belongings throughout their home or business – it is without question the largest model range of safe available.

New to the AllAboutSafes website the Burton FireSec 10/120 is the bigger brother to the FireSec 10/60. With the FireSec 10/120 you’re getting a safe with £10,000 cash rating but offers 120 minutes fire protection for paper – hence the term 10/120.

Certified to the high standard you’d expect from Burton Safes the FireSec 10/120 is also approved by the Association of Insurance Surveyors making it suitable for insurance purposes and also comes with a 2 year warranty.

If you are in need of 120 minute paper fire protection the Burton FireSec 10/120 fits the bill. There are few 120 minute fire protection safes available on the market, but even still Burton Firesec range is hard to beat.

The Burton Atlas range continues from where the Aver left off. The Atlas continues to grow in size and offers a higher eurograde rating. Protecting cash and valuables from £60,000 upwards, these safes are pretty serious! The smallest model weighs over half a tonne! (620kg to be exact!)

Due to the size, weights and prices of this range, they are more suited to retailers. These safes would not be out of their depth in jewellers or betting outlets, but could also be used domestically if the floors could hold the weight!
