£4,000 cash rated

The Aver S2 is rated is a £4,000 cash rated safe so you can keep £4,000 cash or up to £40,000 in valuables secure. Most insurance companies will insist on a safe with a £4,000 cover for your home or office so the Aver S2 is perfectly suited.

Police approved

We’re more than used to seeing police approved gun safes but it’s unusual to see a safe of this value with police approval. Burton Safes like to go the extra mile. For the price of around £150 you can have a £4,000 cash rated and police approved safe. Impressive!

Electronic lock version with a trick

The VDS class electronic lock has a 6-8 digit combination on the simple to use and programme keypad. Unlike some electronic keypads, the Aver S2 doesn’t have a key override in case of a lockout. Instead, the keypad has a clever external power point which you can simply hold a 9V battery up against in case the batteries in the lock go flat. Top security and design all round and it alleviates the need for an ugly and often security flawed key override function.

Base and back fixing

The Aver S2 comes with high quality fixing bolts and pre-drilled holes for wall or floor fixing. Burton have even included some nylon covers (already in place) to cover the holes once you’ve fixed it in place.

Removable shelf

The shelf is also removable for times when you need a larger storage area. It’s not adjustable, but we’ll let them off considering the other features.
